Perfect Crib Blanket?

I want to know if there is any place I can buy a crib blanket that fits around the end of a crib mattress the way that a sock fits over a foot. You know how they say that you can only use a blanket if you put it at the very end of the crib and tuck it in? http://www.cpsc.gov/CPSCPUB/PUBS/5030.html I don’t use a blanket bc I am afraid that it will come untucked. It would be perfect to have one that fit over the whole end of the mattress (with elastic or something on the underside) and only went up like 18 inches, so that it forms a little pocket you can tuck the baby into. Is there a store that sells this online? If not, some SAHM with some sewing skills and a little free time should really start making and selling these.

Wow, that’s a great idea… I’m surprised nobody has thought of it before! Too bad I don’t sew… sounds like a money maker to me!

We sometimes use the sleep sacks, but I do admit, we do the tuck thing more often then not! That product would be a great thing!
